Bright straw yellow colour with a shiny reflection. On the nose, elderflower, meadow herbs, crisp Golden Delicious apple, pleasant fragrance. Good juiciness and complexity on the palate, needs plenty of time in the glass to open up fully, lovely maturity with rich apple notes, light bitterness.
