The red wine Südtiroler Blauburgunder Riserva Vigna Zis DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Brunnenhof Mazzon has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brightening, flint ruby with a pale rim. Intense, finely marked nose, shows notes of raspberry, cranberry and fine cloves in the background. Sparkles on the palate, showing concentrated fruit, lots of blackberry and raspberry, opens with dense yet finely mesh tannins, long and smooth, long finish.
