Fresh grapefruit, orange blossom and yellow stone fruit on the nose, with some fine herbal-spicy and slightly smoky-spicy notes too. It's dense on the palate, with lots of grapefruit and tangerine and a beautiful mellowness. The juicy acidity leads into a long, mineral-salty finish.
