Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant straw yellow with a fine mousse. On the nose there is rich citrus fruit, candied pineapple, floral nuances of white blossom and white rose, tender hay and graphite. On the palate it has a fruity core and great tension, with a dryness on the attack and mid-palate, showing great energy and vigour.
