Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow tending towards light gold with a persistent, delicate mousse. Very precise nose of ripe citrus fruit, also hints of dried zest, reminiscent of tropical fruit, with a noble roasted aroma and nuances of wet stones on the finish. Beautifully textured on the palate, with clear notes of oranges, juicy and salty, with a long finish.
