Delicate yeast aroma, light apple, apple peel, a complex bouquet including matured flavours. The palate is juicy and finely textured, with a refined mousse carrying through to a beautifully slender (but expressive) mid-palate. The wine finishes dry, but not at all austere. An elegant aperitif.
