The sparkling wine Prosecco DOC Brut from the winery Ca' Bolani has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Brilliant, pale straw yellow with silvery tinges and persistent mousse. Intense nose of juicy pear and elderberry cordial with a light herbal note on the finish. Soft mousse on the palate, with a juicy, fruity flavour and medium length.
