Pale golden yellow with a fine-grained and long-lasting mousse. Intense and fragrant nose with notes of tropical fruit and white stone fruit, with a subtle hint of white pepper in the background. Well-integrated mousse on the palate, fresh and juicy, with a long, mineral finish.
