Tasting Notes

Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, brilliant silver with delicate greenish reflections. On the nose there are subtle hints of cheese rind, followed by juicy lemon, peach, sugar melon and white flowers. The full-bodied palate is juicy, with crisp apple fruit, well-balanced mousse, and great length.
