Medium straw yellow. Wonderfully intense nose with notes of candied lemon, ripe apricots and mineral nuances. Has an oxidative touch reminiscent of ripe Champagne, slightly nutty. Fresh yet intense on the palate, with an elegant structure, ripe acidity and beautiful length. Spicy notes on the finish. Can mature!
