Shimmering golden yellow with silver accents. Pronounced aroma of roasted nut, fermented apple and quince, smoke notes towards the end. Lively palate, precise acidity, very straightforward in the mouth, opens with citrus fruit, fine beaded mousse, dry and intense on the finish.
