Tasting Notes
Dark ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Finely marked on the nose, savoury, subtle cherry fruit, light citrus scent, wood, limestone. Very austere on the palate at first, with subtle fruit and vivid, almost pithy acidity, vertical progression, lingers on the finish with currently very youthful tannins, plus fine salty notes, bone-dry, still needs some ageing.
