Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Fresh apricot and lemon candy on the nose, slightly soapy, reminiscent of sage in the echo. Full-bodied on the palate, spreads out well, shows crisp freshness and notes of citrus, fine, small bubbles, with a yellow fruit finish.
