Very pale straw yellow with a slight green tinge. Intense and multi-layered on the nose, with acacia and Mediterranean scrub notes, and ripe yellow fruit on the finish. Fresh and juicy on the well-balanced palate. The wood ageing is clearly noticeable on the long finish.
