Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.04.2026: Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger

Clear, amber-colored with copper reflections. Very ripe aromas of dried and candied fruit, hints of compote, nougat and pistachio cream. Further notes of tree resin, tea and lime blossom tea. Gentle attack, bitter notes on the finish and a rather brittle, drying character. The acidity is quite mild overall.
