Tasting Notes
Bright cherry red with slight cloudiness. Fragrant, intense nose, of a basket full of freshly picked cherries, light, appealing vegetal note, blackberries, intensely savoury. On the palate equally savoury, slightly vegetal, a slight oxidative note resonating on the finish, shows grippy tannin, could be decanted but not entirely necessary, very individual with lots of character. Worth trying.
