Bright straw yellow with silver reflections and persistent mousse. Yellow apple and grapefruit on the nose, reminiscent of jasmine and banana on the finish. Airy mousse and crisp acidity on the palate, with clear, yellow fruit and a subtle hint of bitterness, good tension.
