Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Brilliant straw yellow in colour with a subtle silver hue and a persistent mousse. An expressive nose of pear mousse, banana yoghurt and a hint of peach, with plenty of white blossom. Wonderful sweetness on the palate, with notes of white chocolate and peach mousse, good firmness and a slightly phenolic finish.
