The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Ciacaron Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Secco, vintage 2021 from the winery Cantina Bassoli has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Bright purple with a delicate mousse. Not quite precise on the nose, some cherry and blackberry, fruit tea, plus slightly bacony tones. Very sweet fruit on the palate, bold, crossways in its style, appears somewhat cardboardy and artificial on the finish.
