The white wine Ramblè Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG, vintage 2020 from the winery Cantina della Serra has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Erbaluce from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with minimal cloudiness. Quite savoury on the nose, with notes of clove, thyme and sage, followed by ripe quince and varnish. The tart spiciness is also evident on the palate, fresh acidity, medium-bodied, unfortunately washed out and inexpressive at the back.
