The prosecco Cama Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG from the winery Fasol Menin has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Shiny, light greenish yellow with a fine mousse. Opens on the nose with notes of lemon and bergamot, then lots of pear. Smooth and round on the palate, well-integrated mousse, creamy, flows calmly, with a slight bitter note on the finish.
