Intense ruby red. Fine earthy notes on the nose, rich cranberry, dried rose petal, subtle wood spice on the finish. Very grippy, slightly loosely knit tannins on the palate, discreetly vegetal, with good juiciness and clear fruit, but unfortunately remains somewhat overpowering on the finish.
