Tasting from 16.02.2024: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Elegant nose with notes of preserved and dried sour cherries, redcurrants, fresh plums and citric nuances. There are also hints of graphite, café au lait and savoury nuances. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with juicy acidity, a beautiful interplay between dark red fruit and savouriness, fine-grained tannins and a long finish.
