On the nose notes of confit sour cherry, elder wood, dried plum, mocha, liquorice and some milk chocolate. In addition, smoky nuances. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with nice acidity and hearty fruit as well as subtle toasty notes. Fine-grained tannin, long finish.
