Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.07.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Some black cherry, dill, some savoury notes at the beginning and after air contact also savoury notes, plus a hint of wood patina, cocoa, nutty aromas. Soft on the palate, full-bodied with a tannin grain that increases in firmness over the course of the palate, restrained acidity, medium-bodied palate fruit. Should age a little longer.
