Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright, elegant ruby red. Restrained on the nose, with a slightly bacony-smoky bouquet, ripe cranberries and some leather on the finish. On the palate with grippy, slightly green-spicy tannins, with a certain juiciness, but dries out a little on the finish.
