Tasting from 23.06.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Intense straw yellow with golden core. Rich aroma on the nose of spruce honey, dried apricot, some tree resin, savoury on marjoram in the aftertaste. Shows flatteringly on the palate, with ripe fruit, salty, slightly metallic finish.
