Spicy, fruity bouquet with notes of ripe raspberry, confit redcurrant and cherry. Subtle, well-integrated roasted aromas, with notes of mocha, dark chocolate, graphite and some cinnamon. Juicy and balanced on the palate, with ripe acidity, beautiful cherry and berry fruit, fine-grained tannins and balsamic notes on the long finish.
