Bright, radiant straw yellow with a persistent, delicate mousse. Very fragrant and inviting nose of candied ginger, yellow peach, candied lemon zest, flint, cold smoke. Clear, precise and vivid on the palate, with a salty, expressive finish, plus candied citrus fruit, juicy and long.
