Clear pink with a persistent mousse. Nuances of blood orange and fresh strawberry on the nose, hints of rose hip in the aftertaste, slightly yeasty. Salty on the palate, well-balanced, fruity-sweet, with well-integrated mousse and a beautiful finish.
