The spumante Cuvée 600 Uno Brut Trento DOC from the winery Cantina Sociale di Trento has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant, pale lemon yellow with persistent mousse. Fragrant nose of lemon peel, some lime, cool impression, dark stone. Very well balanced on the palate, juicy, crisp and fresh with small bubbles, lovely length, a wonderful aperitif.
