The red wine Plateo DOC, vintage 2007 from the winery Cantine Agriverde has been rated in 2013 by Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Montepulciano from the region Abruzzo in Italy.
Beautifully matured Montepulciano with pronounced dark fruit on the nose. Hearty cherry and a hint of mint promise a delicate drink. On the palate with a dense structure of ethereal and juicy, ripe notes. Very good structure, fine tannins, some tobacco in the long and extract-sweet lingering finish.
