The white wine Grillo Sicilia DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Cantine Colosi has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grillo from the region Sicily in Italy.
Pale straw yellow with a slight hint of rust. Open nose of tropical fruit, orange blossom, opens up to lemony nuances on the finish. Juicy and fresh on the palate, carried by a salty, mineral note, remains crisp initially and on the long finish.
