Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright ruby with a shimmering core. A precise and fragrant bouquet with notes of ripe blueberries, plum compote and a background hint of thyme. Fruit-driven and juicy on the palate, with grippy, youthful tannins, but a somewhat harsh structure on the finish, which lacks length and tension.
