Tasting Notes
Strong, bright golden yellow, with clear streaks. Ripe, savoury and oxidative on the nose. Overripe yellow apple and chamomile go hand in hand, orange zest and lightly roasted notes create a complex olfactory experience. Dry, soft and textured on the palate. Warming on the finish. Roasted aromas are reflected here. A hint of acidity is missing.
