Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with olive green reflections, persistent and fine-grained mousse. Initially restrained on the nose, then notes of ripe pear and some hay. On the palate, gripping, fine fruit texture and superficial acidity, subtle bitter note, breaks down a little in the back.
