Bright silver green with persistent mousse. Dull nose, then honey and very ripe apple. The palate is medium-bodied, short and bitter.

Bright silver with greenish reflections. Slightly fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by savoury hints. Carbon dioxide still needs to be fully integrated. Tart and not very fruity on the palate. Acidic finish.
