Brilliant dark ruby red. Filigree and multi-layered expression on the nose, reminiscent of raspberries and vanilla, dried tomatoes and balsamic tones, with a roasted hazelnut finish. Presence of wood on the palate, then shows some fruit and delicate tannins, breaks down somewhat in the middle section and dries out.
