Tasting from 03.11.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dense, sparkling ruby. Appealing nose with lots of rich plum fruit, plus lots of dark and ripe blackberry, some tea. Grippy, well matured tannin on the palate, shows emphatic earthy notes in the course, hearty.
