On the nose it shows with a keyboard of citrus fruit, lime, lemon, white grapefruit, green apple, subtle floral hints. Fine mousse on the palate, juicy fruit with a subtle sweetness, fresh and perfect as an aperitif or accompaniment to light, summery dishes.
