Somewhat lactic on the nose, but also Riesling notes, peach, lemon balm, citrus zest. On the palate, the wine has a good structure, good freshness, a fine and persistent mousse, this is an elegant sparkling wine with quite a varietal character. Spices on the finish, aniseed and fennel.
