Bright straw yellow with a fine mousse. Inviting bouquet of yellow apple with notes of baguette and pear yoghurt. Beautiful juiciness on the palate, dancing acidity, with a fine-grained mousse and medium length.

Rich straw yellow with golden reflections and fine-grained mousse. Ripe apple and pear on the nose, with hints of citrus fruit, yeast and bread crust in the aftertaste. Very fresh and juicy on the palate, with a pleasant mousse, well-balanced, medium-long finish.
