Tasting from 10.02.2023: Peter Moser

Light yellow green, silver reflections. Delicately chalky-grassy, underlying nuances of guava, yellow bell peppers, a salty touch, cool bouquet. On the palate taut, finely meshed and very light-footed, lemony with an underlined peach note. Saline finish, dances on the palate, full of finesse and a good food companion.
