The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Casale dello Sparviero has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Ripe, rich ruby red with a slightly orange rim. Elegant and complex nose with notes of ripe strawberries, elderberries, chamomile and some varnish. Very elegant on the palate with finely woven tannins, firm pressure with well-integrated acidity, long finish.
