Tasting from 14.02.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant ruby red with a brighter rim. Fragrant nose of cherry and raspberry as well as lavender and violets. Juicy on the palate, with great drinking flow, animating herbal savouriness, gripping tannins and dancing acidity. Salty, persistent finish.
