Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright elegant ruby red. Candied cherries on the nose, rosehips, also a breath of strawberry jam, then undergrowth, milk chocolate at the end. Elegant texture on the palate, embedded in pithy tannin, also juicy, unfortunately becomes a little bit drying and loosely knit on the finish.
