Tasting from 14.03.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, intense straw yellow with light gold. Intense citrus scent on the nose, elderflower, slightly volatile, dried herbs on the finish. Slightly sweet fruit core on the palate, with beautiful juiciness, accessible and with a fine creamy core, also fine juiciness. A style of its own, best decanted briefly beforehand to develop better.
