Tasting Notes
Clear, bright cherry red with an impenetrable core. Delicate notes of chervil and plum on the nose, also some eucalyptus and wet stone, with a smoky finish. Velvety on the tongue, with fine-meshed tannins, underpinned by beautiful acidity, animating and savoury, with a long finish.
