The red wine Barbera d'Asti Superiore Tinella DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Cascina Galarin has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Barbera, Freisa from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Intense, rich purple with a ruby tinge. Delicately savoury nose of vanilla and some coconut, followed by cassis and blackcurrant. Full and gripping on the palate, opens juicy with an elegant core, juicy and brisk on the finish, slightly loosely knit tannin on the finish.
