Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant silver green with a fine mousse. Restrained and closed on the nose, slightly reminiscent of green apple, lemon and white flowers. On the palate a fine sweetness, balanced mousse and juicy flow, very approachable, with an elderberry juice finish.
